Responsibilities
We currently have a great opportunity for a XW Service Center Technician. Thee XW Service Center Technician position will have responsibility of service and repair of the instruments in the Service Center.
This position also includes troubleshooting over the telephone directly with the customer, providing second level support to the call center and assemblers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Physical Demands : Heavy physical activity. Routine handling of objects more than 50 pounds. May require periods of substantial discomforts due to excessive noise, dust, and / or other conditions
Percentage of Travel : Up to 25%
Qualifications
High School diploma / GED degree or 3 years required experience in Electrical, Hydraulics, or Mechanics including experience in the Armed Forces.
Associates or Trade School degree Preferred.
This job requires satisfaction of the credentialing requirements of Sysmex’s customers, including hospitals and other healthcare facilities, which generally includes proof of current vaccinations for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella (chicken pox), and COVID-19.
